ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING!! TRASH EVERYWHERE! BAD NOISE CONTROL. I know exactly what my upstairs neighbor is doing everytime they go to their bathroom. I have been in 2 refurbished apts. here and they were both still pretty icky. The back gets so muddy that if you have pets your carpet will be ruined. They cleaning people left cleaner in the over and there was still a nice layer of dust even though it was cleaned the day before I move in. Plus you don't get any of the huge deposit back.

They wont de-ice the walk or driveways even though they have had plenty of notice. Last snow even with chains on the SUV I still missed 3 days of work due to not being able to get out of the drive way. When we asked the head maintence guy what the plan was the first day he laughed and said to hope we have good luck.

I may stay after my lease is up only for the school district. The rent at this point will be $230.oo more then when I initially moved in 22 months ago.
