Update:

I'm still scraping dog poop off my shoes all the time. Lazy owners are to blame not their pets. Stairs are filthy from kids hanging out on them and trashing them. Mail room, exercise room, and spa all vandalised by the kids left home alone during the day whil school is out. They're all over the parking lot with skate boards and have the attitude that you're not supposed to be there in their space. Kids stomping up and down the stairs constantly. Loud music pumped from cars in the parking lot especially late at night. There are only 3 washers and dryers left in the laundry room. Maintenance says that 80% of the apartments have washers and dryers, but I've never been asked if I want them even though I pay over $60 a month for water I'm not using. This place is a pig sty and you don't have to go to New York. Live here, it's just like the tenements in Harlem. The mold is still here and everyone gets it although most don't know the difference. This place is way overpriced although the office will tell you how lucky you are to get these dumps at their prices. There are better apartments around for less money. I can't wait to get out of here and will move back east. I won't be back.
