i moved into the alexan at kenmore in December, the staff was so good at making my transition so easy for me. i love the place, especially the price. i have all new appliances with new carpet. its so beautiful! i would recommend this place to anyone.

p.s. i have no mold in my apartment, thats for all the other comments that talk about the mold. what mold are they talking about'

If you don't see mold, it might have been covered when your carpet and appliances were replaced. It sounds like you have the benefit of living in a unit that was refurbished. Mold can be a serious health hazard if it isn't dealt with immediately.

I lived in a refurbished unit and can definitely attest to the mold probs. I even have the pics to prove it! I hope that your experience is better than ours was, but I figure you'll probably post here in a few months with a different perspective. I wish it wasn't that way!
