Poor Maintenance poor garbage pickup, complex is rarely picked up except by renters. Not enough parking & pay for 2nd spot & soon 1st spot to park. Thank God I'm almost out of my lease. Owned by Pinnancle. Owned previously by a much better owner.

I agree. It has really turned into a dump... and an unsafe one, at that. I used to not mind it so much here, even though all my friends/acquaintances gradually moved out to better and safer housing. Now, I definitely wouldn't recommend that anyone think about living here. The management does not respond to maintenance or safety concerns. It is a dismal, abysmal place to live - with dog poop and trash everywhere, and no one (except residents) cleaning up. I can't wait to leave.
