Pinnacle must be the worst property management company in Washington. The sloppy and neglectful way the Alexan is run is beyond belief. The hallways are filthy, litter is not picked up regularly, the laundries are disgusting and the machines don't work, the mail room is a disaster. The management, both on-site and regional is totally unresponsive, uncaring, amateurish and unprofessional. Maintenance repairs are not made in a timely or competent manner. No one cares, and no one ever takes responsibility for anything. Outdoor safety lighting has been burned out for six months! It takes six months to replace light bulbs' Multiple written requests to correct this situation have been ignored. As far as I can tell, the on-site managment team is inexperienced and Pinnacle gives them no support and holds them responsible for nothing. This place has no standards. I will never, ever live on another Pinnacle property.

This is my second posting on these apartments as I also posted a review awhile back. If you like trash piled up on and around the trash bin, you'll love this place. What a view especially when the rats come out. The laundry room is filthy, a direct comment on the slobs that use it. Whatever you do, NEVER clean up after yourselves because the apt. maintenance certainly won't. This way this place is always filthy. No one cleans up after their dogs. I have two that I pick up after and then I get to scrape the dog doo off my shoes from the pigs who are too lazy to clean up after theirs. I blame the management because the caliber of tenants let in now are dirty. This place was never like this with the previous owners and now it's just a pigsty. I'm packed and can't wait until my lease is up. I'm out of here!!!!

Update please. The complex has been renamed The Timbers at Kenmore. (And thanks for the pic. The laundry rooms are nasty.) The timbers along 68th Ave aren't looking so good. The tree line along 68th Ave NE is used for overflow parking/camping. One morning a hung over/clueless resident rammed his truck over a large rhodie, not once but twice, just to make sure he uprooted it. I'm not sure if the ad copy at rent.com still mentions the nature preserve. Don't believe it. As much as I like pets, I'd be happy to see half the dogs and their owners vacate the premises. But let's not leave out cats; especially the neighbor's cat that sprays everywhere. The no-outdoor-pet policy isn't enforced for this family. I don't know why. Maybe the managers are relieved it's an animal instead of the teen son who openly peed in the pool. Hanging it over the pool isn't cute once you're out of diapers. The pool itself is a neighbor soup you don't want to swim in. It rarely looks clean. Still interesting, or just desperate for a place to live before school starts? The Timbers feels just like Lake City, without the gunfire.
