As if the old staff wasn't bad enough, aside from one bright spot, the new management is awful.

Last winter, they refused to ice the hill and everyone's cars got stuck --AND ticketed. They said that everyone was sold out of deicer, but we all knew that was a load of hooey.

We were shuffled from parking spot to parking spot (when there was any parking before they took away most of the visitors' spots and made people park in the dirt out front). My car was ticketed and it wasn't even parked in a marked fire lane.

There were wild parties upstairs (the cops were called) and nothing was done. The walls are thin and you can hear people peeing. Nobody picks up their dog waste and management wouldn't pay a poop scooping company to come in and take care of it. People left their trash lying out on the 'lawn,' kids ran rampant (and more were living in the units that management knew, and made lots of noise.

Oh --the in-unit washer/dryer is a joke. A TINY stackable that you can only do one sheet at a time in.

New breed restrictions for dogs were put into place and, even with references, existing dogs were not allowed to stay once the lease was up.

I couldn't move out of this place fast enough. So glad I got out before the mold problem took over --yeah, look out for that.

Bottom line: it's not worth the $$ or the grief. Pinnacle will not respond to complaints, so don't bother trying.
