Worst complex I have ever lived in!

Where do I start' First let me mention how they spook the hell out of me saying my lease was up this month even though I have all the copies of my paperwork that said I still have a month to go, while insisting the rent must be increased in line with "market value". Parking is totally inadequate and so people resort to parking in the belt of trees against the street, bringing visibility as you drive out to nearly zero as all your view up and down the street are blocked by peoples' cars. I order a laptop online and it was Fedexed to the rental office instead of my doorstep and when I come looking for it with my printed out delivery confirmation in my hand, one office dilly plays the fool while the other one who did sign for it was out on her 2 hour lunch break. All sinks and fixtures are decrepit and requires the nonstop hounding of maintenance just to even get them in there to look at it let alone fix it. For the people that still do park in the parking lot they all think nothing of blasting into the lot well into the night bumping their boomy rap music and manuevering erractically like they spent their evening doing PCP and washing it down with Steel Reserve. Then they wander back to their apartment, eventually and start a loud argument with their roommates or spouse but not before cranking their stereo equally loud as their car just was. They also keep a LOT of dogs here even though back when this complex was decent they had both breed restrictions and max. dog weight limits and the dog crap strewn lawns show it. The laundry room are always trashed and the machines do a pisspoor job of washing your clothes, plus the rotten kids always throw dirt and rocks in some of the machines as well. The pool is filthy and you couldn't even pay me to swim in it even if it was 110 degrees out, and the jacuzzi is equally undermaintained and the lock on the adjacent shower room does not work at all. The exercise room (in frustration, maybe) is shabby with most of the few machines that are in there missing parts or vandalized by the kiddies. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

FYI, the Alexan at Kenmore (nee Kenmore Estates) has now changed its name to The Timbers since it was purchased by Suhrco last month. The scuttlebut is that Suhrco bought it for condo conversion, but has found too many structural irregularities to pull that off. They plan to hold it at least a year as a rental property. Unfortunately, Pinnacle continues to manage it, if that is what you call what they do here which amounts to next to nothing. Perhaps the residents could persuade Suhrco to take over the running of the property. It would have to be an improvement. In the meantime, if you have a complaint, why not write to Suhrco since writing to Pinnacle is a waste of time.

I can vouch for the pics. Needless to say, the ???play??? ground is off limits to my kids.
Obstreperous, your info is helpful, but I imagine Suhrco knows how tight the King county rental market is, so our feedback won???t matter to them. Still, it???s worth a try, if only to get more info on their development plans. I can???t imagine anyone buy into a place like this. People have already started renting condos at the Coventry down the street, asking $200 to $500 over the previous rents on 2 bedrooms, but Coventry had far better construction to start with.

Now they call it the Timbers, to keep one step ahead of the bad reputation each former name gives them.
