New name and new management, thought that this was going to be a change for the better but, I have yet to see any improvement. The good thing is the owner of the management company isn't too far away. This is a great way to get things fixed in a hurry.

You may get a quick response from management.. but things are not "Fixed" properly.

I have had friend move out and mold problems were just ignored. If you have bad allergies stay away.
