My family has been extremely disappointed in the unprofessional manner in which the office is run. The management staff is impatient, patronizing, and blatantly uncaring.

If you do decide to live here and they give you information, make sure you get it in writing. Make sure you read your lease carefully. My overall impression is that they are only concerned with making money, regardless of the costs.

The maintenance staff was respectful and timely. The apartments are OK; they have had the typical renovations that make you feel like they just added new hardware and a coat of paint.

We are moving as soon as possible and would never live here again, or recommend it, purely based on the management on site.

You review is interesting because right now, management and maintenance are the only pluses we see, and we've lived her almost 2 years, through 3 owners and managers. The sketchy neighbors and old buildings that are mold traps and lack privacy are the issues we still have, and the reasons we will leave. I'm sorry you're not happy with mgmt. The current manager has been great in our experience. She returns phone calls, and our maintenance requests were handled literally within hours rather than ignored for months on end. I had a very good experience in negotiating a new lease. She's also promised to hire security over the summer if it's needed, which would be huge, considering that last year the late night noise at the pool and drunks in the parking lot were out of control. In general, things are calmer since the new owners and manager took over. I hear what you're saying. There are better apartments in the area. Not to argue with your experience, but if your apartment actually feels renovated, you are fortunate, because so many units were leased with the claim of renovation and weren't upgraded at all. They'd cover the mold and that's about it.
