LEARN what NOT to like with your very own, paper thin walls! Listen to your neighbors have sex, cough and converse about their day to day activities! LEARN about bad managment. Management that will not respond to your emergency calls and pretend you didn't leave messages. LEARN about your people skills, who and who not to piss off.
Yes... Life's lesson's learned here.
