Very nice place to live

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1997
Complex has a pool, hot-tub, tanning bed, workout room, and large area in the main building that can be rented for a low fee. The Burke-Gilman trail runs right in front of the complex and there is a golf course about 1/4 mile East.
Rent increased rapidly due to getting a great deal on the first 6 months.
The one downfall is the close proximity to Hwy 522 which is noisy unless you are in a unit on the back side of the complex.
