Toxic mold is a problem anywhere you live in Seattle. If you don't like it, don't live near the ocean. It is pretty expensive, but with all the anmenities provided, it's well worth the price. As for the other people's maintenance issues, I never had a major one. Work orders take no longer than a couple of days to go through. And I have had the refrigerator and the washing machine replaced. They take really good care of the place. My advice to people that get their cars broken into...don't leave valuable things in them...duh. I recommend this place.
