I lived at Trail Walk for a just over a year. At first I loved it! The staff was real friendly. They waved and would talk to you as they were out for a walk. Now there is new staff. They do not smile at you outside the office and they do work with you for your needs. "It sounds like you are not happy here and you need a new place to live." Is what I was told the first time I had a problem with something. That shut me off from wanting to ask anything again. Currently, they are raising the rent because the place is vacant and they are charging for underground parking (when they wern't before)meanwhile the place is under construction for the last 9 months. Trail Walk is a beautiful place to live, the apartments themselves are roomy and comfortable. Once there is an overhaul of the Staff, I am sure they will see an improvement of tenents.
