1. Staff not friendly and unwilling to solve costumer problems, this is the reason I am moving out.
2. Constant maintenance/random interruptions.
3. Across from a fire station...good incase of fire, bad when you hear sirens every few hours.
4. Across from trucking company...beep beep beep.
5. If you can't afford a parking space in the garage, better hurry up and get home now because they'll all be taken up by 5.
6. Unattended open case of beer & pack of cigarettes sitting on the stairway railing for hours...hmmm nice family atmosphere.
7. Came out one morning to find someone had barfed all over the stairway, it was not cleaned up for three days and started to stink.
8. Rent kept going up while quality kept going down.
9. Shall I Continue'

wow, I have always wanted to live there because of the trail,thanks,for the insight.I don't think I will be going there.

Wrong! The nearest fire station is in downtown Bothell

No, the Northshore Fire Department is 1/4 of a mile or less away, although I don't find the sirens too often you can definitely here them when they go by. However, almost everywhere I have ever lived you are able to hear sirens from somewhere.
