Quiet, Peaceful, Good Maintenance Staff, Great Management!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
Our family has lived here for almost three years, and have had very few issues or problems.
The Management, and Maintainence staff work promptly to address any concerns, issues, or repairs needed.
The Burke-Gilman Trail runs parllel to the Northern perimeter of the apartments, making a most excellent access point to the trail.
Also, directly across Bothell Way, from Trail Walk is a Drive Thru STARBUCKS! Where the coffee and service are exceptional!
