Trailwalk was a great place to live. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Kenmore/Bothell area. The office staff (Linda, Chris and Diane) have obviously been working in their fields for many years. They quickly respond to any questions or concerns that tenants have. They are very approachable and knowledgable. The maintenence guys are the epitomy of the term "Handyman." The grounds are well kept and everything works (imagine that). Kudo's to the trailwalk crew. They truly work hard to make you feel at home, and they accomplish that goal.

This review was written by management. Real tenants writing reviews do not focus solely on the complex's staff! Basically all this review talks about is the staff. Real tenants tell you about things that actually matter.... Management writes about themselves.
