There is always maintenance going on which is loud. They have the lawn mowers and leaf blowers going at 8am every Monday morning which lasts until late afternoon, they have the carpet cleaners with their loud machines coming at all hours of the day and sometimes evening which lasts about an hour per apartment. We dont open our windows very often because it smells of very concentrated laundry softener almost every day, as though the vent is right under us (which it is not). The staff is great when they are actually in the office (which is rare). And recently they have had to come into our apartment at least once a month for tasks such as measuring the units, routine inspections and such. (its been more this year than usual I think because they just changed management). The parking is also horrible if you have two cars as we do. If you dont find a spot in the apt. parking lot you have to park on the street where my car has been egged, there isnt sufficient lighting and from what I heard (but cannot say for sure) more than one car has been broken into in the last 6 months. The gym is great if you wear a gas mask..... you cant open the windows more than 1 inch because they are nailed closed....once again it always smells of some kind of flowery scented air freshener which is horrible to be breathing in while your your breathing is labored from working out.
