The apartments wern't great by any means, no dining room, but had HUGE bedrooms.

Because of the way they were constructed, a fire can wipe out 20 people's homes at once. (while I lived there, the back unit had a fire, and half of all the people who lived back there lost their homes)

They have pest contol come once a month and pump roach killer under the sink. I wan't thrilled at that, as I had a young son who was crawling around, but there were no exceptions.

The manager at that time was rumored to sell meth, but was very nice.

The grounds were always kept neet and clean.

I heard a lot about crime in the neighborhood, but aside from seeing one person's ex break into her house, I didn't see any of it.

For the price I paid ($74 a month as they were section 8 apartments) it was definately worth it.
