I lived in Clearwater Square for 1 year 2003-2004. The grounds are okay but they overwater constantly, so if you want to bbq or have people over get a schedule of their watering, which occurs 5 times a day and I am not kidding they really water 5 times a day. If you walk on the grass barefooted to go to the pool or rec room, don't. Put shoes on, the grass feels like slime. Oh and I will miss the gawdy seasonal decorations. My friends and I had a riot laughing at the snowman in the tree (I did not know that snowmen roosted in trees!!!). It's very noisy there during the summer with the constant landscape maintenance. If you have children please move somewhere else. They have no recreation for children without supervision. I had a neighbor with a 17 year old daughter and under the rules set by the managers her 17 year old daughter could not go to the pool or rec room without an adult. That is just plain unreasonable. I also think the apartments are way overpriced for the size. I moved just for this reason. My new place is 40% larger and I pay 95.00 less a month, oh and my electric bill is cut in half due to newer building structure. My advice to the manager and owners, instead of spending all the money on water bills and gawdy landscaping how about spending some money on updating the insulation and windows!!! They did update the toilets but that's only because they pay for water. My advice is to keep looking.
