This complex was very nice and recommended by many people when we moved here 5 years ago. Since then it has become a little run down, pool isn't open most of the year, dog poop all over the place, and gangs of kids just hanging out. We are told nothing they can do about the problem. However with them continuing to increase the rent every year it is not worth the money. If you don't get the extras then don't pay the price. We are moving and think others should too.
The management seems to have taken care of the problems, and I praise them for that. There are other complexes who would not of addressed the problem as great as Crosspointe has. Thank you
