The owner does not know how to conduct himself with proper business ethics. I have been lied to regarding what goes on here, and the buildings are infested with ants. Though WA state law does not enforce them to do anything about it. Don't bother buying into the on location info manager, that is all she is. The real manager is not on the apartment site, and is almost impossible to contact, if you really need to contact her.
Over all this place is old, outdated, bad pipes, bad magager attitude, no parking!, and they seem to pride themselves on blackballing tenants with a lease. Don't fall for it like we did. There is nothing nice about this place. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
