Everything has gone Downhill!

I moved in 6 months ago and cant wait till the end of the month to move out. At first the apartment complex was nice. But after living here about 2 months everything went downhill. First off the apartment cost way too much for this area most apartments run about 50-100 dollars cheaper a month for a 2 bedroom. You dont get what you pay for thats for sure! Management takes forever to get anything done. I have an infant and my washer broke after three weeks of waiting on the maintenance to come fix it i fixed it myself. There excuses was he was too busy but really he was out blowing leaves with a blower in the SNOW. Not only that the walls area all paper thin i can hear my neighbors phone ring and there whole conversations not to mention when there bed squeaks during the night! Staff was nice at first but has gotten some new staff since i moved in and they aren't as personal and willing to help as before! I had pests problems after moving in with ants crawling out from under the carpet and poison spiders in my infant daughters room! It took them 2 weeks to get someone to come spray it. The washers and dryers in the units only hold 3 regular sized bathtowels so i spend all day doing laundry! The front door has such a large gap under it i can see under it and all the heat goes out. There is no assigned parking so everyone around here partys or has guests over so when you come home at night expect to park all the way in visitors parking and hike to your apartment.
