We moved out of desert brook after 6 months, they didn't write down our forwarding address, so we didn't get our deposit check for about 6 weeks, and then we went to cash it and it bounced. lame managers.

also, huge ant problem, on the second floor! we did everything we could to get rid of them, but they kept coming back. the management changed 3 times in the 6 months that we lived there, and nothing ever seemed to get better.

way too expensive for the value, should be more like 350 a month instead of 600.

They do have a big ant problem. I live on the third floor currently and see them up here! I use two ant traps indoors and don't see them so long as I keep refreshing them every other month, but still.
