They changed management once while I was living there and changed their hours of operation. Every single time I went to the main office to talk to someone, they would be closed or "Out of the Office." I left messages and never heard back. This made it extremely hard for me to move out of the place and actually had to have someone else deliver my keys back to them for me.
I never got my deposit back either. I had left my new address with them. Called them several times about it only to get "It's in the mail" every single time. I simply gave up.
The apartment itself was okay. Basic. Nothing special. Kitchen was poorly designed. You couldn't open some drawers with the dishwasher closed.
