Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Office staff are rude and unprofessional. Supposedly lower-income housing but really isn't that much lower than any other apartments in the area. Definitely do not recommend living here. Management tows vehicles with little or no warning. Seem to be put off at having to assist people.
