The apartments are cheaply made. For example, the cabinates are unstable and can be tilted out of place. The carpet isn't tacted down in the living room, and the closets do not hold a fair amount of clothing.
If you have someone intown and their car is parked in a visitors spot for more than two days, more than likely it'll get towed. One of our cars had the appropriate sticker and still the towman tried to take our car. When we went outside, he said that we'd better make it more visible because living here, we probably couldn't afford the towing fees. These apartments are supposed to be low income housing, but if you have more than one car you have to pay an additionaly $35.00 a month to park a second vehicle or you have to park out on the road and walk for 10 minutes to your apartment.
When we have called the office about problems, they are unprofessional and rude. Thy seem to care about their rentors and then after about a month, they treat us like we're stupid and everything is our problem. Once again, these are supposed to be LOW INCOME housing, and yet, they are one of the most expensive in town and are extreamly small.

Heatherstone is now under new managaement and has been since october. all of these reviews are dated before october so the reviews will not help you if you are looking to move into heatherstone

I have lived here at Heatherstone for some months now... The constant turn in Management has made it real uncomfortable for a lot of residents... A few months ago a new manager started and along with the current office staff, they have really changed the way office feels when you walk in. They have taken care of the complaints and work orders in a timely manner... WE LOVE the new staff, we hope that it remains the same for a long while;) Anyone who is looking for a new place?? Heatherstone is a great place to call HOME!
