New management has cleaned up

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Heatherstone has new management. they have been under gaurdian since october and all of these reveiws are dated before that. the new management has really cleaned the place up. they are not towhappy like the previous management, the apartments are nicer, and the screening process they use eliminates the criminal activity that was there before.
