My family and I have lived here for just over 3 years and we are satified. Ok, I'm satisfied.
The Rent is very reasonable, we pay less than $700 for a 3 bed, 2 bath, washer & dryer in the appartment, pluss 2 garages. The location is almost perfect and very close to "Historic Down Town Kennewick", a spot I quite enjoy.
The only draw back is that it is low income houseing. So you get people with a low standerd of cleanlyness and behavior; pluss some of the office staff, at times, treat you like you are stupid.
You must be low income to get in; But, once you are in they can't kick you out because you make more money than you did when you moved in.
