lived in the Parkview Apartment complex originally (now Heatherstone II). was a nice place, then went through periods of appearing to be an abandoned lot then was cleaned. cleanliness comes and goes. the noise, however, increases and became more than deafening.

management came and went. thankfully the management company and the original staff went. now being managed by folks who care with new owners who want it cleaned up (literally and figuratively). rents are being raised, but all in all, a good value if the tenants are young and now home much.
