I lived there for a while. The place was horrible for children to play outside. There were at least 3 violent incidents when I was there and before I moved in the lady manager told me that the area's constantly patrolled by an officer. Yeah right. Also, if you do live there make sure you inspect everything in the apartment before you move in. If carpets are dirty and stained make sure it's on the walk through because they will make you replace ALL the carpet in the apartment if you don't!

Relatives of mine live in these apartments because they were the only ones they could afford currently. They are not "white trash" by any means, but per my relative, the office staff treats them as if they are, especially the apartment manager. These apartments are considered "low income" apartments, but that does not mean the tennants should be treated with such rude behavior. My relatives, unfortunately, need to live there a bit longer. They, nor I, would recommend these apartments to ANYONE! Besides the management being rude and incompetent, the parking is horrible, the apartment walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors activities quite well, and playground facilities are not good. I could list more, but space is limited.
