I made the mistake of leasing a one bedroom appartment here due to the fact it was my FIRST appartment so I had no clue what I was looking for. I was shown the shower and told the fake wall would be fixed (it had big air bubbles underneath it- I think from mold because of the smell) before I moved in and it wasn't. The second night there the toilet broke and I couldn't get anyone to come fix it until late the next day. When the guy showed up he was very rude and told me I could have fixed it myself if I just bought the piece. The kitchen sink broke after a week or two of use and leaks every time it's turned on. When they say clean your window often to prevent mold they mean clean it every morning and evening. I had my walk through to point out problems as the carpet cleaners were walking out so even though I pointed out the obvious stains and ciggaret burns there were more that came up when the carpet dried. It's just my girlfriend and I that live there and we constanlly get complaints when smoking outside that we are too loud but it's just the two of us talking so now we walk around while outside to not upset our neighbor. There's three appartments right by us and there are always a group of kids drinking each night and asking us for money and ciggartes when we walk through. We didn't have a screen door for a while and once they put it on we saw they gave us a broken and ripped one. The dryer broke long ago. The heat goes into the room not out the vent. They just closed the exits to walk through around the fence so now the only way out is thorugh the front. It's just not a nice place. Definitly big bedroom and lots of bathroom counter space but with how old everything is it just isn't worth it. Plus after a month of living there you start to get ignored by staff and feel like your wasting there time of getting new people in if you ask for things to be fixed. I could go on with the list of complaints but it's making me really depressed I still live here for 3 more months. :) DONT DO IT!
