The manager is a very nice gal and seems pleasant and helpful, but that is where the positive comments end. When I moved in I had a 3 page list for my "move-in inspection". They do not do a walk through with you. I think if they did, stuff would be in alot better condition because they couldn't ignore it. Carpets are old and stains come up from padding, walls are stained, chipped and have crayon marks, cupboards aren't painted, walls have build up from old piant around edges where it looks really bad near the floor. I asked for baseboard trimming to cover it up but it never got done after they said they would. Except for the new linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms, every thing looks old. It is almost impossible to pull out of your parking space w/o hitting cars across from you. And to top it all off, if you have a pet, they charge $200 NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit. Where does that money go' Money sure doesn't go to upkeep and repairs to the buildings ro new carpet or anything. They do manage to replace the flowers outside, so it looks nice and well kept when you drive there, just don't look too closely when you actually go into the apartments! As much as I hate moving I cannot wait for my lease to expire. And you can hear almost everything going on in neighboring units. When they use their stairs (townhouses) it sounds like a herd of buffalo on a rampage. Day and night!!!
