I would recommend the Hood Manor for anyone looking. Everyone that came over was amazed by the size of my apartment and the price we rented for. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Repairs were always taken care of promptly and the grounds were always kept looking great. Privacy was also something I really appreciated. Noise was never an issue and rules were very reasonable. The water heater was kind of a pain, but overall, the Hood Manor was definatley the best value I found in the Tri Cities!
