4 years for me. These were built in the 70s. They are very slowly replacing carpet and appliances. My 1 bedroom apartment was ok, though I had done some upkeep myself because it took a a day to a couple of days to get something fixed. No Balcony, no pool, no clubhouse, and no fitness center. There is a grassy, mostly treeless setting between the Metaline street group and the Arthur street group. Assigned parking is a fiasco for some. My assigned spot was 10 cars down from my entrance and in front the neighboring hallway. I frequently came home to my spot being taken by a neighbor. There are lots of young people in these apartments. Some of them party, but not loudly because the manager will boot them if she finds out. Noise is a problem. This place will work in a pinch, but there are many that are better.

Oh and the windows are old and coated with mineral deposits from over the last two decades. No windows aren't replaced with the updated apartments. I had old carpet and appliances and my neighbors all had new carpet and appliances (I moved in before they did).
