We lived at Kamiakin North Apartments for 2 years, and we experienced nothing but trouble the entire time. My car and about 6 others were broken into, and the management wouldn't do so much as replace the security lights outside. Also, because of the lights being burned out, we were the victims of peeping toms outside of our bedroom windows.
They eventually fixed the lights, but that only attracted people to the outside of our apartment who would solicit prostitution.
If I had known the management was going to be so slack in how they handled things at Kamiakin North, I never would have moved in, and I would never recommend them to anyone else.

I have lived at Kamiakin for a year. The new updates are wonderful. The manager no matter how busy she is always makes time for me. Any time i call for something i my home they come out and fix it. New lighs are welcomed and it is quiet place to live

I really can say the manager no matter how needed we were, she did not take of us, from the rate of 1 to 10 i give to her respondn # 5 Now Good News!!kamiakin apartments got a new Administration where i can give from Rate 1 to 10 it's a # 10, Last Friday 11/20/2009 i reported a water heater to be fixed & they came to me rightaway thank you.
