We have been renters (family of five with 3 childeren) since Oct 2004 but when we moved locations in Aug 2007 everything changed. Fellow tenants disrespect most rules and regulations of the lease which include smoking in entryways, stairways, laundry rooms, littering butts in landscaping and carpet way, etc. There is constant fighting, yelling, pounding, and our vehicles have both been seriously vandalilzed in the last two monthes. We wrote the landlord a letter a month and a half ago and nothing has changed since that time. I do not reccomend that you consider this place for safe, family oriented living. Terrible experience!
