MY DAUGHTER AND BOY FRIEND IS MOVING IN THESE APT IN DEC SINCE MY HUSBAND DOES WORK FOR POLICE THEN PPL BEWERE ANY PROBLEMS ALL THE GANG BANGERS AND CRACK HEADS WILL BE SORTED OUT AND DELT WITH SO MANAGEMENT BEST BEWARE IF THEY DONT WANT PROBLEMS AT THEIR COMPLEX THEN THEY HAD BEST KEEP THINGS IN CHECK

We have tried many times to tell management about this problem but it falls on deaf ears!!!!! I am so damn sick of this place I have no money to get another place until the 2nd of the year. We have reported this problem and nothing was done. There was a stabbing in September on the property that was gang related. There is a gang banger next door that is being investigated but nothing has been done. If I was your daughter, I would not move here. It's not safe. I don't feel safe. Kennewick PD does NOTHING to help us, so why should we try? It only adds more problems. I just wish Kennewick PD would get off their ass and do something to get rid of the trash here!!! I'm sick of these loosers! And they are ruining it for all!!!!!!

Good luck getting anything fixed. Lot of lip service before you move in, they after they just tell you put up, shut up or move.
