These apartments have a very nice, are very spacious, and have a nice layout. It's nice that they've got a washer and dryer in the unit. My problem was the noise... and I'm not usually a bitchy person. Every time my parents came to visit us the downstairs neighbors hit their roof with something and I was so embarrassed! Our upstairs neighbor cranked the music up so loud with their base along with it that my visitors were usually annoyed and left too. I had my baby there and when she was three months old I laid her on the floor and her kicking made my downstairs neighbors upset and they hit their ceiling and freaked her out! I don't know if it's just the construction or the lack of noise enforcement. If you live in the A building, that is WAY too many apartments in one building and it looks kind of freaky. The pool and playground are nowhere I'd like to take my child to play, because the pool is too small and the play area is right by the street. We lived in the apartments on building B, which are better, but we got the corner parking and it's the smallest parking spot available. Visitors can't park in the lot and they are regularly towed. It doesn't seem like a safe area to park your car in the street either, because it's such an apartment concentrated area and there's no parking nearby.
