There is adequate parking, but depending on your apartment location you will have quite a hike if you don't pay for a spot. Noise is a big problem, you can hear your neighbors like they're in your apartment, the breezeways between the apartments are cement and echo everything. There is also a lot of outside noise with construction next door and lawn maintenance during spring/summer. Once you have signed your lease the office staff do not lift a finger to help you with any of your apartment problems, they seem to have the mentality that you're stuck in your lease no matter how bad your apartment is. The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired; as does the general cleanliness of the complex (breezeways, yard, mail area, etc.) For the price of these apartments, I expect a lot more than residents actually receive.

I do think the public spots are very well taken care of they are very clean. Maintenance does go to the extent needed. The other day somebody complained there was too much poo so maintenance went around picking it all up.
