The apartments are so tiny for the $700 that we have to pay. There is dog fesses everywhere i would not dare play with my dog outside. There is always noise from construction but as far as neighbors everybody is very nice and i dont hear noise from any of them. The staff did not tell us about a pet fee. We thought there was none then BAM! the day of the lease signing guess what we had to pay a $300 pet fee wish they would have told us sooner. There are cheaper pet fees elsewhere. Also understand the Landlord/Tenant Law before you sign with them.
