Ive lived at la Serena apartment for 18 months. the staff has not only been discourteous and rude but have been deceitful in signing of lease agreements and have misused their position of authority to work their own personal vendetta against tenants. in my case this took place in my bill upon departure where i was charged fraudulently for an apartment unit that was left in immaculate condition after days of thorough cleaning. if you are considering this place as a residence i strongly urge your to reconsider in the best interest of you and your families.

All I can say is, we dont ever want anyone to leave La Serena with a bad experience and it is unfortunate that someone is so upset to write such a review. I only hope his review will not alter anyones decision to live here. We are a very friendly and professional staff and I can assure you we are only enforcing the lease that was agreed upon. We have many, many residents that will agree that this bad review is not at all a reflection of the property.
