Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
Great apartment for the price. I had no problems with management or maintenance. Grounds were always clean. I never had any issues except that parking is hard to come by if visitors come over. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I moved back to Kennewick, I would consider living here again for sure.
