We have lived here for 3 years. The only problem we ever had was the air conditioner quite and maintenance fixed by the end of the day. Great considering other apartments we in the same situation. Also had some pet ants show up, but maintenance was on top of it. We also bought our own stuff which worded very effectively. Managment is very friendly, safe community, and they walk around to make sure the tenants have their respective parking spots and visitors are supposed to park out on the main entrance, not in tenant parking spots. We have been very please with this place and would recomment to anybody, not to mention the prices are excellent for the size of the apartments. Close to highway access, mall, grocery, etc.
