Pepper Tree is a great place to live, The management is always on top of things and I feel very safe here... You have assigned parking and violaters really do get towed. The apartments are circular inside so it seems more like a home than an apartment not to mention the well kept grounds as well as the many arches that add a classy look... The only draw back is Kamaikin High School Traffic.... If you can avoid peak times your golden....
