Just wait until you move out, make sure you take lots of picture. Oh yeah the pet deposit does not go twords any damages or cleaning, when you move out they consider it a "pet priviledge fee". They kept my entire deposit and tried to come after me for 700.00 more. I left the apartment i great shape, the whole thing is a scam
