This place is horrible, its a section 8 nightmare. There is a lot of really obvious drug dealing. The grounds are filthy. People Don't care all the breeze ways are covered in spit,trash and cigarette butts. Its is really noisy, cops are here at least twice a week, the pool is mostly broken. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I love it here and if you dont like it keep your opions to yourself! The manger is doin an awsome job and if its that bad she wouldn't be full!!! so get a life!!

FYI there are only a handful of all 80 units that are section 8 and FYI they are the best tenants anyone could have because they have to comply by the rules or they will lose their assistance. If only i could have nothing but section 8 tenants. And unfortunately its the OTHER people that are UNABLE to follow rules that are responsible for your other complaints. Here's the deal with apartments, its very very simple: You want to live here you MUST pay your rent, you do not pay your rent i kick you out. VERY SIMPLE. Also, you follow MY rules or i kick you out. Anyone that has a problem with me making YOU people take responsibility for your own actions and mess and nastiness can go ahead a move right along. TRUST ME IT DOES NOT HURT MY FEELINGS. Stephanie Side Note: The issues with pool had absolutely nothing to do with my ability to take care of it and everything to do with a common problem that happens in commercial pools. The pool was drained completely and is now in perfect working order. So, deal with it.
