They don't do there jobs and there apartments are filthy and if you don't wright it down they blame you and you have to pay for the whole apartment to be carpeted.

Please take a look at your lease agreement and Washington States Landlord Tenants laws (which i'm sure i gave you one to read) and it states very clearly that any repairs must be in writing AND you must be current in your rent. if i could put it any simpler it means i, by law, am not required to fix anything in your unit until your rent is paid. That is your problem, not mine. And if you did not let your dogs pee and poop ALL THROUGH OUT YOUR APARTMENTS, then you wouldnt have been charged. Please, i would love for you to explain why the apartment complex should pay for your disgusting ways of living?
