Hard to get answers from manager

My kids lived at these apartments for one year. After new management took over, it was difficult to get call backs from them. We cannot get answers re: the cleaning deposit. When they moved out, (June 30th and it is now August 22)the manager did not show up for walk through at appointed time and then balked about discussing the results (details) of what her comments were when she finally did the walk thru. That apartment was left cleaner than when they moved in. Manager says she is not able to divulge the "area" managers direct telephone number but finally did give an email address. We did get a missed call (one) from area manager but the number was blocked so that we could not call back. I am unable to find the main office phone numbers on any website. There is also a problem with missing paper work. Very difficult to resolve issues with these people. If you do move in, make a record of the condition of the apartment and get pictures so that there are no questions.
