I moved here from out of state and I signed up for a 6 month lease. At first trying to get in the apartments was a hassle with all the necessary paperwork needed. If you are going to be in school you might not want to tell them (It will jepordises the paper-work). As far as maitenence and the managers they are good. The buildings are newer(99),they have nice appliance, good parking, and they are spacious. The neigh- borhood sucks. Police are always near. They do have night patrol. If you have a nice car get a garage. Really nice location to freeways. Pretty noisy outside, tons of children, and railroad tracks!!!! Buildings are new, washer&dryer in my unit. So this place is $699 per month for a 2 bedroom but each garage is $50 a month. They are always having move in specials. Everything pretty nice except location. Just as a note the manager is making pretty good changes, if she sticks around things will more than likely change for the better. I have already seen a change in 6 months. They also send out a cute monthly newsletter to everyone in the complex.
