I moved in here a little over a year ago, signed a one year lease, its kind of noisy and hard to sleep if you dont work normal hours.

In the last few months my car has been broken into three times, and one of my tires was slashed.

When the tire got slashed the new manegment towed the car after about 36 hours without making any effort to tell me besides placing a piece of paper on the window.
